Randolph Health Family Practice & Wellness has unveiled a new name and is proud to announce the permanent location of our practice. Our name has changed to Randolph Health Family Care & Corporate Wellness to better reflect the expanding services that we are providing within our community. To make room for those additional services, we have relocated to our permanent home at 600-B West Salisbury Street, Asheboro. Our new location ensures continuity of care and gives us the opportunity for expanded space as well as allowing us to offer multiple services at one location.

At Randolph Health Family Care & Corporate Wellness, we are dedicated to providing individualized high quality care for the entire family. Building relationships with our patients and their families guides our practice and ensures that we never lose sight of what’s most important – YOU. We provide a full range of services including: physicals, acute care, minor injury treatment, chronic disease management, nutrition and exercise, weight loss, occupational and rehabilitation medicine, worker’s compensation injuries, and on-site diagnostic services.

With this transition we are putting in the necessary steps to ensure that your care has no interruptions. It will be a seamless transition that won’t impact your insurance provider or our ability to provide the highest level of care for you and your family.
