Personal Bio: Mr. Conroy grew up on a family dairy and horse farm in northern New York and moved to North Carolina in 1995 after marrying Kathleen who is from Tarboro. They have set up their own little homestead and farm in Chatham County, just over the Randolph County line. They are proud parents of two outstanding boys. Mr. Conroy was inspired to work in Family Practice by his Great Uncle Bill who was a physician in solo practice in rural New York for over 50 years. He enjoys time with his family and getting outdoors whenever possible, especially for a hike in the woods or a run. Mr. Conroy loves caring for his patients in the Liberty area.
