Tracey B. Phillips, MSN, FNP-C, specializing in Family Medicine and Women's Health, joins the other providers at Randolph Health Family Practice in Liberty. Appointments can be made for Tracey by calling the Practice at 336-622-4850. Tracey is originally from Wisconsin but has also lived in Texas for a while. She moved to North Carolina in 2005 and now considers it home. Tracey has been in the field of medicine for over 35 years and a Registered Nurse since 1988. She became a Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2003. Before joining Randolph Health, Tracey worked in Moore and Chatham Counties with a focus in family medicine for patients of all ages, and she has also spent many years practicing gynecology. Tracey considers it a great privilege to partner with patients to maintain and restore their health, when needed, to live full and meaningful lives. She loves to spend time with her children and grandchildren and enjoys traveling and seeking new adventures. Tracey is also a proud Air Force Veteran.
