Kevin brings a wealth of executive leadership experience from major health systems across the country. Most recently, he served as CEO of Florida Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale and previously as CEO of Vista Health System in Waukegan, Illinois. His impressive career also includes serving as President & CEO of Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, a seven-hospital, $1.2 billion organization and as CEO of Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, where he also held a faculty appointment as Assistant Professor in the College of Medicine at the University of Tennessee.
But what truly sets Kevin apart goes beyond the boardroom. He is deeply committed to community service, having served on numerous boards and national councils. He previously served as a Chaplain with the United States Chaplain Corps, providing crisis counseling during national and international disasters- a testament to his servant leadership and genuine care for people.
Kevin has shared that he is truly excited to join the Randolph Health family and is deeply passionate about fostering continued growth and building on the strong foundation already in place here. His focus is clear: delivering the highest quality care to the patients and communities we are privileged to serve.
Please join us in giving Kevin a warm Randolph Health welcome!

MBBS in Georgia Without NEET is a popular search topic among Indian students, but it's important to understand the eligibility rules. While some Georgian universities may admit international students without a NEET score, Indian students who wish to practice medicine in India must qualify for NEET as per the latest NMC guidelines. Before applying, always verify the university's eligibility criteria and your long-term career goals to make an informed decision.
Randolph Health’s announcement of Kevin M. Spiegel, FACHE, as the new Chief Executive Officer feels like the start of an inspiring new chapter. Leadership transitions often shape the future of healthcare organizations, and I’m excited to see the impact he brings. As a PhD student who works part-time at Last-Minute Assignments, I appreciate the value of guidance and perseverance. During college, I struggled academically and often wished someone could simply do my assignment. Those experiences inspired me to support others facing similar challenges while pursuing their goals.
