Everyone Currently on NC Medicaid MUST Enroll for NC Managed Medicaid
Open Enrollment begins March 15, 2021  

Randolph Health Medical Group will be participating in the following Managed Medicaid Plans:
 

• WellCare

• United Healthcare Community Plan

• Healthy Blue

• AmeriHealth Caritas

There are multiple ways to enroll:
 

• Online at ncmedicaidplans.gov

• Call Center: 1-833-870-5500 (The call is toll free. A representative can speak with you in other languages. Hours of operation: Monday-Saturday 7am to 5pm.)

• Use the NC Medicaid Managed Care mobile app. To get the app, search for NC Medicaid Managed Care on Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone).

• Fill out the form and mail to: PO Box 613, Morrisville, NC 27560 OR fax to: 1-833-898-9655

All current Medicaid recipients need to be enrolled by May 14, 2021.
Health plan coverage will start July 1, 2021.
