Call your Pharmacy and ask the pharmacist to fax a request for refill approval on your medication(s).  Please allow 24 hours for processing pharmacy requests for all refills.  In order to avoid any complications or last minute problems, it is suggested that you:
  • Place your refill request at least one week before you run out of medicine.
  • Check your medication bottle to see if you have remaining refills.
  • Follow-up with your Pharmacy, not RMA, to determine if your refill has been processed.
