Please call the Randolph Medical Associates office you wish to visit for medical care to schedule a "same-day" or "future" appointment.  Every attempt will be made to schedule your appointments with your Preferred Provider.  However, when this is not possible, you will be referred to another Provider within Randolph Medical Associates.

Medical Emergencies - You may be seen in the office or you may be referred to the Emergency Room for care.

Urgent Problems - You will be seen by one of our qualified health care professionals that day.

Sick (and non-urgent) Problems - We generally are able to accommodate "same-day" appointments.  If we are not able to see you that day, we will see you the next business day.
Routine Follow-up Care - You will be given an appointment within two weeks of your request.

Physical and Well Child Checks - You will be given an appointment within three weeks of your request.  Please verify coverage by your insurance company for physicals and Well Child Checks prior to your visit.
